How can I join the Coffee Club?

We have three types of membership cards for our regular clients which are all free of charge.

  • “I am a Regular” Membership card entitles you to 10% discount every time you buy a hot beverage
  • “I demand the best” Membership card entitles corporates / small businesses to get 15% discount on every hot beverage order.
  • “I am a Coffee House VIP” Membership cards are only available by invitation but give holders a 20% discount.

What are your opening hours and address?

Monday – Friday 07:00 - 17:00
Saturday 08:00 - 17:00
Sunday 09:00 – 16:00

Where is your coffee from?

The list is ever changing as we always make sure we get the best coffees from farmers and cooperatives around the world. Coffee is at its best at various times of the year depending on the location of the farms and as the seasons change we change coffees to make sure you always get the best brew. Please feel free to ask our Barista who will be more than happy to tell you about the coffee origin and what you can expect from each type of bean.

The coffee we supply is an award winning one – you will find out why some coffee aficionados will queue for a cup of heaven when you visit our shop.

Is your coffee traded ethically?

Always, we are firm believers in Karma and only want to use the best but will also pay the best to make sure everyone is happy and benefits equally.

Can I buy your coffee beans to use at home?

Yes you can, we have a sensational range which will appease every pallet.

Do you cater for external events?

Do you have Wifi?

We do indeed, it is super-fast too!

How fresh are your sandwiches and baked goods?

Absolutely every sandwich and baked goods are made fresh every day and real ingredients are used for everything. We want you to enjoy every morsel and come back for more delights.

Do you have other shops?

At the moment we only operate at 135 High Street in Acton but are working on bringing the next Coffee House close to you!

Will you deliver coffee and / or sandwiches?

Of course we will. The immediate vicinity of The Coffee House will qualify for complimentary delivery.

Can I pay by card?

Yes, there is nothing worse than not being able to pay by card and in this day and age one expects it!

Can I order coffee via e-mail or by phone and pick it up?

You can indeed. We understand that we are serving Londoners who are busy and have places to go and people to meet. All orders over the phone/e-mail will have to be paid for over the phone.

If we are extremely busy there might be a delay but our senior Barista will let you know at the time. Please note that if you do not collect your coffee in a timely fashion we cannot be held responsible if it has gone cold.”
